  • Why choose Fins N Wings Entertainment LLC?

    I started Fins N Wings Entertainment LLC as a hope to spread happiness around me, so that I could make kids smile one party at a time & give your LITTLE JOYY a memorable time they won’t forget. I love making kids happy. I believe it is important for children to feel the magic at such an early age. Our parties are carefully crafted and customized to each client’s specifications. We offer a magical party experience , sure to impress all of your guests, while you sit back, relax and actually ENJOY the party! Our characters are extremely talented and trained to deliver a genuine performance. Hire us, and we’ll make your party one of a kind! And leave your kid with happy memories for years to come!

  • What do your parties include?

    We have various party packages to choose from. Whether you want virtual, in person 30 min – 1 Hour, or book extra time. Mermaid Swim Party, Mermaid or Fairy Dry Event, Most one hour packages include storytime for the Littles, variety of games and water based activities for the children to do and plenty of swimming (for mermaid parties) with photos of mermaid or fairy to!

  • How Do I Book?

    First fill out the form, once I receive it I will check my availability and if I’m available, I will respond with a invoice, or let your know if I’m unavailable, once your pay non refundable deposit I will confirm booking and send the contract that you need to sign.

  • What happens after I book?

    After you pay deposit and sign contract and get confirmation of your booking! I will contact you if we need to schedule a call to get any other information needed!

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking as soon as possible. You can book parties up to a year in advance and we’ve also had parties book 2 weeks before. We typically are NOT able to accommodate parties or visits booked with less than 7 days notice, though we will try our best to make it happen. Availability is first come, first serve.

  • Can I choose my performer?

    We currently have one entertainer , we can assure you that our performer is extremely talented and well trained to provide for a magical experience for your child and guests. All of the pictures on our website are of our current performers and costumes.

  • How much is the deposit?

    Deposits are half the full balance- non refundable retainer for all party packages. All deposits must be paid by clicking on the PAY NOW button at the bottom of the invoice (sent once we have confirmed availability for your date). Kindly note, there is a 4% service charge for using Paypal. Checks are not accepted for deposits, but are accepted for the final balance.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks or money orders written to Fins N Wings Entertainment LLC. The balance of the party is due before and no later then the start of party time and date. There will be a $40.00 charge for any returned check. Please contact us in regards to paying your balance or with any questions about payment.

  • What is the travel fee and how is it calculated?

    A travel fee of $0.75 for every mile traveled outside of 30 miles from our home base will be added to the final balance. Distance is calculated from our home base using Google Maps.

  • Do I have to tip?

    You are not required to tip, but it is greatly appreciated! Just like tipping the wait-staff at a restaurant for good service, it is customary to tip your character/hostess if you are extremely pleased with the outcome. Our package price does not include gratuity. We recommend a standard 15-20% gratuity, but anything lets your performer or hostess know that you had a SPECTACULAR time! Please note that for packages of $500 + gratuity of 15% will be atomically added to the total.

  • Do you include photography services with parties or character visits?

    Photography services are not included with any of our packages. Any images that we post on our website or social media sites are available for you to download. However we share whatever pictures we do get to you via google drive upon request.

  • Where will the pictures/video you take end up?

    Your child’s safety and well-being is incredibly important to us, therefore we do not share any personal information about you or your child. Pictures may be posted here on this site and potentially on our Facebook and other social media sites (Instagram, Twitter, Google+ or Pinterest). However no photos will be posted if you don’t sign photo waiver for your kid!

  • What am I expected to provide?

    FOR A MERMAID VISIT:

    • Tables for activities (typically two tables provide enough space)
    • Tables and chairs for your number of guests plus any characters attending
    • Space for our photo backdrop and any relevant props if purchased this add on!
    • A smoke free environment
    • Parking near entrance for loading and unloading
    • Your presence is required at the party at all times
    • Signed photo waiver for all kids I can use photo of.

    FOR A FAIRY PARTY:

    • Space to sit for story time (for mermaid or fairy) unless noted I should bring one.
    • A underground pool for swim parties.
    • Designated place for pictures (have your camera ready!) pool as background make for
      excellent photos.
    • All necessary items for happy birthday (cake, candle, lighter, etc.)
    • Your presence is required at the party at all times
    • Signed photo waiver for all kids I can use photo of.
    • Signed liability waiver for all kids at party! Swimming or not!
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

    In the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances/illness, Fins N Wings Entertainment LLC reserves the right to reschedule your party. If you choose to cancel the party due to severe weather or illness, please remember that your deposit is non-refundable. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your party for an alternate date. Please be advised, Once your party is booked and the deposit is paid, the party can only be postponed one time. Based on availability, we will gladly work with you to reserve an alternate date for your party. If you decide to cancel your party for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Do you just do kids’ parties?

    Of course not! We can provide entertainment for various parties and events, with guests of all ages. We are available for grand openings, community events, school outings and more! Fins N Wings Entertainment LLC is also available for clinics, hospitals, daycares and charity events, often at discounted rates, sometimes even on a volunteer basis (depending on the event and the activities involved). Our party entertainment services are also available for all types of functions including bridal showers, baby showers, tea parties and more.

  • What if my daughter and/or one of the guests are allergic?

    If you choose to hire Fins N Wings Entertainment LLC – It is also the responsibility of the client to check with the guests for skin allergies or sensitivities. This is in regard to the make-up/glitter Add on.

  • Why don’t you offer “Disney” princesses?

    Simply put, we do not offer “Disney” princesses because we are not “Disney”. Our characters come from the classic fairy tales. It is not our intention to violate copyright laws, so we make our performing characters different from nationally known, copyrighted characters using custom designed gowns, jewelry, and hairstyles of our own creation. Fins N Wings Entertainment LLC is not affiliated with Disney in any way and does not distribute, sell, or wear any Disney products. Should you have the need for a licensed, copyrighted character or product at your princess party, we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for your specifically requested character.
